We will provide you with a fully Approved Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Trust Agreement, individually drawn up for you and your aircraft, and all supporting documentation.
All of the aircraft in Trust with us are registered to Secure Individual Trusts, not multiple-aircraft Trusts, and are not an asset of the company. Each of our Trust Agreements is reviewed and individually approved by the FAA Legal Team at FAA Headquarters in Oklahoma City, before being passed to the Aircraft Registration Team and retained as part of your aircraft record.
